Elders
The Board of Elders is directly or indirectly responsible for all affairs of Voyagers Bible Church. The Board generally meets twice each month for business and for prayer. In addition, elders are available to meet with individuals or families for prayer or private communion upon request.

Ministry leadership
Direct leadership for some ministries is provided by staff, while other ministries are administered by lay leaders or deacons, appointed by the Board of Elders. Each ministry is also assigned to an elder for oversight.
